One of the chapters in, soon to be released, Dismissed…But Still Relevant, focuses on Hidden Anger. It gives a detailed description of what it is…what it looks like…its impact on our lives and those connected to us. Hidden Anger can cost us people, places and things that we can’t get back. And even if we are blessed to get them back…the time lost, didn’t have to be. This chapter also gives instruction on what it takes to get rid of Hidden Anger…calling it what it is…being honest with ourselves about what we are feeling…acknowledging if it is, in fact, truth or our perception that is keeping it alive. Hidden Anger is not really hidden…often, we think it is…but it shows up in our daily decisions, our interactions and relationships with others, our physical health and our spiritual growth…the way we look, act and feel.

Don’t let Hidden Anger fool you…it’s not really hidden and is very active in every aspect of your life…it shows itself without your permission…don’t allow it to dwell in you and rob you of things that God has already assigned to you. Hidden Anger…it’s a blocker…not good to or for you…get rid of it…every time it shows up…
