Going For Your Gold...

Going for gold…I love the Olympics! It’s a reminder and visual representation of the results of hard work and determination…using one’s gifts, skills and abilities to go for the ultimate reward.

Go for Your gold…with determination to accomplish what God has put in your heart and given you the gifts and ability to do. Allow Him to be your coach. Be open to allowing the assistant coaches that He has placed in your life teach you some skills that will get you from where you are to where He wants you to be. It will take hard work and determination, but you have to believe that you can be what He has created you to be. No coach wants you to win more than He does. You have to believe that you can win…when His spirit is on the inside of us, we win… because God always wins and we will too, if we don’t give up, get discouraged and settle. We get back up when we get knocked down…if we are injured, talked about or not treated fairly, we keep moving…we keep our eyes on the prize…our own personal gold medal…

Go for Your gold…trust the Ultimate Coach, who reigns in Heaven, to develop you and your roadmap for the win. As we have witnessed with watching the athletes at the Olympics…many sacrifices will have to be made. We may not be able to always do and live like everybody else…we’ve got work to do…preparations to make…so that we are ready when the final test comes to show the world the power that we have on the inside that pushes us to the ultimate reward of standing up on the podium of life, lifting our hands in praise and declaring victory.

Go for Your own personal gold…Spiritually, mentally, emotionally, relationally, physically, financially…don’t give up…you can’t win if you give up…or settle…go for it…
