What’s Your Story…are you using it to bless somebody or will it remain in the folds of your book of life. I believe that God can use whatever we go through to bring about some good in some way. Yes…our battle scars may be obvious for the world to see…but just maybe we can be the shield that protects someone else from becoming all scarred up. I don’t know about you, but if I’m going to go into battle…I want to be advised by someone who has experienced what I am about to or am in the midst of. Some may want them to have already won the battle, but for me, if they are in the midst of it, but still standing full of faith and belief that they will overcome…that works for me…
Listen to the story of another…it may not apply to you today, but we have no idea what tomorrow will look like for ourselves or someone connected to us. I don’t discount anybody’s story or judge or look down on them because of what they have gone or are going through…life is funny like that…it can be good today and not so much tomorrow. Compassion for all at all times is the best rule of thumb.
What’s your story…it’s significant…it can make a difference…it has purpose. Don’t press it down in between the pages…open your book and share your story so that someone who’s searching for a title similar to theirs, can find yours and choose a different path…or be inspired to keep putting one foot in front of the other until the rocky path becomes smooth. Some may not want to hear it…but there are those who need to hear it…it may be a matter of life or death…physical or spiritual…share your story…it matters.
