Life Happens...And Can Sometimes Take Us Out Of The Rythm Of Our Natural Movement...

Life happens…and can sometimes take us out of the rhythm of our natural movement…what we are supposed to…when we are supposed to...out of rythm...watch for it…and don’t let it linger too long…we must stay balanced…in mind, body and spirit…it’s all connected.
The last time I blogged, I shared with you my struggle, for the last 3 years, with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). Who knew that I would ever have to deal with such a thing or that there was such a thing…I didn’t…and my God knows that I would not have chosen this journey and probably would have fought it every step of the way…had I known what was to come. But, had I done that…I wouldn’t be where I am spiritually...and may not have felt pushed to share my story to help others on such a public level.
There are many things in life that we can fight and eventually overcome…in our own strength…and there are other things that the only thing we can do, in our own strength, is to be strong…keep ourselves as strong as we can physically, mentally, emotionally and most of all spiritually…and wait…believing, trusting and knowing that God is not allowing us to go through whatever ‘this’ is for nothing and that He is always working on our behalf…behind the scene.
As long as we continue to wake up…we have no idea what our lives will look like today, tomorrow or even next year…do what you can, while you can…it’s easier said than done when you’re fighting for your life…but just knowing that you’re not alone, that you have a God that will never leave or forsake you, should give you peace and assurance that no matter how you feel today…no matter what you see or don’t see around you…thank God for what is and know that He will show up…not in our time or the way we think…but in His time…however He chooses. His way is always so much better than what we come up with.
Get your rhythm back…no matter how you feel…study God’s Word…pray…praise and worship…serve in any way you can…exercise…eat clean food…feed your mind, body and spirit good stuff…and continue to dance in the hallway while you wait for Him to open the doors that He wants you to go through…it may hurt…but thank Him for the doors that He has closed…He has to do that to make us get where He needs us to be! Stay balanced...
