Staying warm on the inside…no matter how cold it is on the outside…It’s a cold morning for many of us, my prayer is that everyone finds a warm place to dwell…to just be…

When we think in terms of our natural state and the elements of the different seasons…there are seasons that we don’t have to find a warm place on the inside, because it’s warm on the outside. When it’s cold outside, some of us don’t have to look for a warm place…it just is…but others have to seek and find a warm place to be…a day…a week…maybe even a month at a time. It’s hard, for some, to stay warm on the inside…when it’s cold on the outside and you are outside. But for others…it doesn’t matter what temperature it is outside or that they are outside in it…they are still warm…on the inside.

The people, places or things in our lives can become an atmosphere of warmth, coolness or simply cold…but that should not change the temperature that we have on the inside of us…warmth…no matter what the temperature is on the outside…physically or spiritually…God can use the warmth that we have on the inside to warm somebody else up.

There are some amazing things, yet to happen in 2018…I believe that and look forward to it. The challenge for some of us will be to stay focused…a vertical focus…not horizontal…looking up and following what God puts in our hearts through prayer and reading His Word. Allowing Him to be in full control of our temperature gauge…staying warm on the inside…no matter the temperature on the outside.

My prayer is that God will help us to focus on His Will being done, in our lives, in 2018…not ours. But most importantly…that He will grant us the wisdom to know the difference between His Will vs our will…and may we always remember that He wins…sooner or later. Our will determines how long it will take for His Will to be done.

Expect what seems impossible in 2018 and stay warm on the inside!! :)
