Don’t skip line…what looks like a win…or getting ahead…

May only be temporary

Skipping the line means that we missed something…

Perhaps some foundational something…

That something that was a key part of our anchor for what is yet to come

Skipping the line means getting there or it…too early

The timing is thrown off for what we were supposed to get or do…

At the appointed time for us to get or do it

Sometimes the consequences for skipping the line are immediate…

We have to go back to the end of the line…start over

Because skipping the line is cheating…

Even by the one who invites another to skip without the consent of others in the line…

There can be lasting consequences for all involved…and those connected to them

Skipping the line means…overlooking…dismissing…

Those who were ahead of and now are behind

So now the timing for those who were where they were supposed to be…

When they were supposed to be…

Although they were positioned to receive what was for them…

The timing has been thrown off by the one who skipped the line

To the one who still stands…waiting for your turn…

Don’t be moved…don’t get out of line…continue to be patient…

And know that there is A Great Equalizer…Our Creator…

Who promised that the last shall be first…

Be patient with waiting for your turn…

So that…when you get there…

It won’t be too soon and you will be well equipped…anchored…

To receive and sustain that something that is for you…

Never having to worry about a tap on the shoulder…

And a signal to go back to the end of the line to get what was missed…

And/or give back what was gained...

Suffering the consequences for the act of skipping…

Don’t skip the line…the consequence may not be immediate…

But it completes the circle at some point in time

We learn patience…

Gain strength…wisdom…and knowledge…

While we wait…our turn…it’s coming…

And for some…it’s already here…
