How do we know it’s ‘a gift’…
It has healing powers
It can save lives…
Especially our own
It brings light to darkness
It has the power to find…
Mend…hidden...broken pieces
How do we know it’s ‘a gift’…
It’s therapeutic…
It brings us to our authentic selves
A place of peace…joy…
Sense of purpose
In our hearts…we know that it’s beyond…
Anything that we could ever do on our own
I know it’s ‘a gift’…
Because ‘it’ flows all the time
The cup automatically refills…
And even when poured into another…
It continues to overflow
When it’s ‘a gift’…
You won’t use ‘it’…
‘It’ will use you…
