Just doesn’t make any sense…
When it just doesn’t…
When I can’t…
When I just don’t know…
And can’t imagine how...
And certainly not why
When what we see is…
Different from what they see
And what they see is…
Different from what we see
When what they say is…
Different from what is done
When what they do is…
Different from what is said
“What In The World”
When things don’t add up
And they don’t make any sense
I’ve come to trust and believe…
That God is allowing it for a reason
Because I believe that He works through us…
He isn’t doing what we see in the natural…
Without our participation…there is the spirit that is us
And the Holy Spirit that is available to us
The outcome on any given day…
Depends on which one is in control
God will not over-rule our will
And so we can find ourselves…
As a country and as individuals…
Living someone else’s reality…
Not the one created for us…
Depending on who we listen to…trust…and follow
What we are seeing right now…
Just doesn’t make any sense
So my prayer is…Lord, have mercy…
And please help us…
Through this “What In The World’ moment
Even in the midst of…
And though it makes no sense...
I trust Him!
