Enjoy the moment…
Some of us have been through so much…
We have forgotten…or have never known how to truly be happy
Some of us haven’t won in so long…
We’ve forgotten or have never known how it feels to win
Some of us focus so much on others…
We’ve forgotten to dream our own dreams
Some of us spend more time looking in the rearview mirror…
Than we do being present in the moment…
Grateful for what is…knowing that…it didn’t have to be this good…
Or it good be worse
Some of us don’t spend enough time looking forward…
And Believing…even when we can’t see it…in the natural
Our behavioral patterns are our habits…
I choose to make a habit of being happy
I choose to dream dreams and work them into reality
I choose to only glance in the rearview mirror…but forever dwell in the gift of ‘right now’
I choose to spend more time looking forward…
And Believing for…what I cannot see in the natural…
But feel in my spirit
I choose to trust God…no matter what I see, hear or feel
Even in the midst of…find/maintain your joy and your peace…
Then choose to share it…in all that you are, say and do…be it…
In the midst of…someone needs it...we all need it
