We can ask God for wisdom...

We can ask God for wisdom

But then we have to use it

We can ask God to protect us from Covid-19

But then we have to wear a mask…wash our hands

We can ask God to protect our families

But then we have to physically distance ourselves

We can can ask God for guidance

But then we have to listen to His messengers…the scientists

It’s a partnership

God will always do His part…that’s never the problem

The issue is always on our end

Asking Him for what we need…

But not doing our part so that it can manifest itself in our lives

So much of what we are seeing in the midst of this pandemic…

Doesn’t have to be

God is not the blame

He’s doing His part

He’s providing the messaging we need to stay safe

So now it’s on us

What are we going to do for Thanksgiving and Christmas

Will we listen to the wisdom that so many of us ask for

We thank God for those who are listening and saving lives

And we ask Him to have mercy on those who aren’t listening

And the doctors and nurses who risk their lives...to take care of both

We can ask God for wisdom

But when He sends the wise men and women…

Will we listen…that is the question…

The answer can save or cost a life

Please take good care of yourself…those you love…

And even those you don’t know
