Forgive as much as you can…

So you can love as much as you can

When we don’t have forgiveness in our hearts…

For what happened last month…year…or yesterday…

We physically move on to the next month…year…or day

But our mind…our thoughts stay stuck wherever we left the unforgiveness…

With that person, place or thing

That’s where our unforgiveness remains…taking up residence…space

As it churns into small, medium and then…

Large spaces of anger…bitterness and contempt

The longer it sits…occupying space…

The stronger and more powerful it becomes

The day comes when it no longer needs fuel to be driven

It doesn’t even need situations or circumstances…

As an excuse to show up…It just is

It initially crowds out good character and integrity

And depending on how long we allow the unforgiveness to fester...

It will completely replace and hold captive and shut down…joy…real joy

Not happy for a moment…based on external circumstances

But that deep, internal…no matter what’s going on…

Negative can’t stick to it…kind of joy

Wherever unforgiveness is in control…

It won’t let real…deep…unconditional kind of love exist

But when we forgive…we move…we LIVE…not just exist

And love has space to be…and grow

Set boundaries…don’t let anyone treat you any kind of way

But for your sake…and all connected to you…

Forgive as much as you can…

So you can love as much as you can
