Sometimes…we say we are waiting on God…
When really…He’s waiting on us…while we’re…
Stopped at The Green Light
With no barrier between us and go…
There we are…sitting at The Green Light…
Too afraid of what we can’t see beyond the light
Or of what he, she, they may say…
If we move through the intersection
Or too afraid of the what ifs
So…there we are…
Stopped at The Green Light…
For…only God knows how long
If that’s you…be sure…when you’re stopped…
That you really are waiting on God
And He’s not waiting on you…while you’re…
Stopped at Your Green Light
